Our Cultivation Network
Wolfwise works with experienced cultivation partners in Thailand that use controlled hydroponic production systems designed to support consistent quality and dependable supply.
The cultivation network currently includes more than 100 rai of production area and approximately 26 greenhouse structures. Production can be aligned with customer demand, with additional capacity available as Wolffia adoption and commercial requirements grow.
This combination of established cultivation infrastructure and scalable production helps Wolfwise support customers from initial product development through larger commercial programs.
Our Story
Wolffia has been enjoyed in Thailand for generations, yet it remains largely unfamiliar to food manufacturers and consumers in North America.
Wolfwise was founded by Andrew and Yatinan Williams, a husband-and-wife team connected to both Thailand and the United States. With Yatinan’s roots in Thailand and Andrew’s experience working across international markets, they recognized an opportunity to introduce high-quality, Thai-grown Wolffia to North American food and beverage companies.
Wolfwise was created to bridge that gap—combining trusted cultivation partnerships in Thailand with the communication, responsiveness, documentation, and commercial support North American customers expect.

From Cultivation to Commercial Supply
Wolfwise connects established Wolffia cultivation in Thailand with North American food and beverage companies.
We provide responsive North American communication, reliable sourcing, product samples, documentation, lot traceability, and support throughout the evaluation and purchasing process.
We work closely with our cultivation and processing partners to help customers understand the ingredient, review specifications, evaluate samples, and prepare for commercial supply.
